How long will it take to receive my order?
We process and ship out orders within 48 hours of cleared payment. Jewelries ships within 24 hours.
Once shipped it will take 14 to 30 business days to reach the US normally if the Customs clearance is not slow. International shipping delivery times may vary worldwide.
We would like to remind you that when we ship packages, we do not have control over the speed of delivery or customs processing. Packages may arrive earlier, on time, or sometimes later than expected. Since these are international shipments, various factors such as peak seasons, customs delays, or transit conditions can impact delivery times.
However, it’s important to note that 95% of our packages do arrive on time or even earlier than expected. When you purchase from our store, you agree and accept these potential variations in delivery. While we cannot influence the speed of shipping, we are always available and happy to provide updates regarding your order.

Delivery
All orders are typically delivered within 14 to 30 days, depending on factors such as your location, holidays, peak seasons, transit status, and customs processing. When you made a purchase from our shop, you accepted and understood that we do not have the ability to slow down, speed up, or intercept packages once they are in transit or at customs.
Since 2018, our shop has been successfully shipping worldwide, and we have established a strong relationship with our shipping partners. However, in the rare event that a package is confirmed as lost or damaged, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.

Corona Virus Pandemic Effect on Shipment and Customs Clearance
Hi There!
If you made a purchase from our shop during the month of April until the present please be informed that due to COVID-19 outbreak affecting so many countries our country Hong Kong was also affected specially the Customs and Logistics sector.
Customs clearance from February until now had been very very slow. Our government issued rules which we all must follow. Packages shipped this past months will take much longer to arrive.
So if your package has not arrived yet please don't worry because we are CONSTANTLY monitoring each package we ship until it is delivered successfully. We are also in contact with the shipping companies making sure each package is going to be delivered.
Again, some packages will experience delay which we have no control over and which cannot be avoided during this times. We cannot speed up or slow down a package which is currently in transit to your country.
We ask for your understanding and patience. We can assure you that all orders made in our shop are going to be delivered. We shipped out all orders within 24 to 48 hours to some how make up for the very slow customs clearance.
